Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 30, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Wexpand (“we”, “us”) collects, uses, and shares information when you visit this landing page or submit a form. Submitting a request does not by itself give permission to share your contact details with Google for advertising measurement.

Information we collect

How we use it

Optional Google advertising measurement

The final form step includes an unchecked, optional checkbox. If you select it, you allow Wexpand to share your email, phone number and enquiry outcome with Google, using hashed contact details, to measure and improve its ads. Hashing transforms contact details for matching; it does not make them anonymous. We record your choice, the notice version, the page and the time with your enquiry. If you leave the box unchecked, we will still handle your request and will not send your contact details through this measurement feature. You can contact us to change this choice for future sharing.

Cookies & tracking

We use Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, Google Ads and Stape to understand traffic and measure advertising. The optional form checkbox controls contact-data measurement with Google; it does not control all browsing analytics or cookies. You can also control cookies through your browser settings.

How we share it

We share information with service providers who help us operate, including Twenty (our CRM) to manage requests and Stape for server-side tagging. We share hashed contact details and enquiry outcomes with Google for advertising measurement when you make the optional choice above. Browsing and advertising attribution data are processed by the tools described under Cookies & tracking. We do not sell your personal information. We may disclose information if required by law.

Data retention

We retain your information for as long as needed to provide services and for legitimate business or legal purposes, then delete or anonymize it.

Your rights

Depending on your location (including under GDPR and CCPA/CPRA), you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict use of your personal information, and to opt out of certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us below.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission is 100% secure.
